Mission
To provide the stewardship necessary to preserve and extend the physical integrity and functional adequacy of the University's physical assets and resources in support of the long term growth and development of its academic mission.

As applied to Business, Finance, and Administrative Service's SUIQ effort, our mission is to form a cohesive, unified staff committed to a single objective of mutual understanding and support of each unit's role, where potential conflicts and problems are resolved together without adverse effect to the University community, and where substantive change is an integral function of our everyday attitude and activities.

Vision
To continually improve our effectiveness in providing services to students, staff, faculty, and external constituents in support of the University.
